Billingshurst – Snooker Room Extension
We removed an old double garage and replaced it with a new room that was big enough to accommodate a snooker table. This involved extending the property by five foot using brickwork that matches the original walls. The floor was screwed to provide a solid level floor for the new room. Wooden double glazed windows were fitted to match the rest of the property. The roof was rebuilt over the extension. New felt and batten was used and tiles to matched the existing roof. New fascia boards, soffits and guttering were fitted. We repaved around the outside of the extension using heavy duty 2 ft square paving slabs proving all weather access around the building. We also removed part of a tarmacked driveway to increase the size of the properties flower beds.
