Spain New Property Bought
Here we have dug a soak away for the sewage as most properties in Spain do not have a sewers or toilets come to think of it.
We first dug the hole then started to build the cubed area within this as you can see this is a very large soak away due to the amount of bedroom’s being on suites.
We laid steal within the block work to reinforce the soak away stopping the cube from collapsing a causing any unwanted smells or unwanted waste!
We back filled the blocks with stones giving extra support and filled every course of blocks with concrete.
We then laid concrete beams across to make a roofing area for the soak away then laid the tiles on top we then covered the area with a plastic sheet and covered this with concrete leaving a man hole cover for access laying all pipes where needed.
Now we are ready for the extension we first dug the foundations made sure everything was ready laid all the brides and blocks out setting out where required covering the area with more sheeting to stop damp and water penetrating through the floor, we laid the first two courses of brides to DPC (Damp Roof Course).
